About
How It Works
Our Titleist Performance Institute Certified Physical Therapist and Golf Performance coach uses the latest research and individualized coaching to help you swing more consistently, improve your body awareness, decrease mishits, increase your swing speed, and improve overall power.

Performance
Golf performance training is essential for today’s golfers who want to maximize their potential … but what is golf performance training?
- Understanding biomechanics and how they relate to the golf swing
- Creating golf strength and conditioning programs that improve mobility, swing mechanics and endurance to prevent fatigue breakdowns
- Working with golfers on golf-specific mobility, power and strength training
- Implementing programs that maximize hip and shoulder separation, rotational strength and power, and core stabilization to improve power transfer from the ground, through your body, and to the club
Our golf trainer optimizes and individualizes each program to your play and performance needs, so you can improve your golf game and get the most out of your golf lessons.
Golf Swing Analysis
Our golf swing analysis process starts with a physical screen and fitness assessment to:
- Determine how your body moves during the swing
- Assess movement quality and determine limitations in mobility, strength and stability
- Develop an individualized plan to improve your game
- Analyze your strength and power as it relates to the golf swing
- Determine your kinematic sequence
- Assess swing efficiency
This lets us break down body movements segment-by-segment, diagnose movement impairments, and drive treatment to the exact area.

Rehabilitation
Daily activities outside of golf affect posture and cause pain. By identifying these we determine what’s causing your pain.
Our rehabilitation plans help clients decrease their pain and get back to playing golf sooner.
We combine soft-tissue mobilizations, manual therapy techniques, strengthening, motor-program and movement-pattern training, and dynamic stabilization drills to speed recovery, lessen chances of reinjury, and optimize your body for golfing.
We treat all golfers – recreational golfers, high-school and collegiate golfers, and PGA Tour-level players.
