About

How It Works

Prior to analysis, we’ll sit down and listen to get a better idea of where you’ve been, where you’re at, and your goals. After that, our specialists will take you through a comprehensive running-gait analysis and examination to uncover what may be contributing to the problem.

Running is a skill that requires strength, flexibility, and movement coordination. Without these components working in unison, problems can arise. But frequently these “problems” are the symptom of something occurring during the running cycle. Our experts will hone in on the details of your running gait, identify the true cause of your symptoms, and develop a personalized progression to alleviate your pain, improve running efficiency, and get you back to the podium.

With the WPI on your side, you can turn analysis into action and sprint your way back to the top!

TESTIMONIAL

Identified problematic areas
It was remarkable how Carter was able to immediately identify the problematic areas during my movement evaluation. My movements were causing lower back and hip pain while running. I am looking forward to working with Carter and the SPO Physical Therapy team to strengthen these areas and prevent further injury.
